The small intestine.
Pylorus
The region of the stomach that empties into the duodenum is the pyloric region, specifically through the pyloric sphincter. This sphincter regulates the flow of partially digested food (chyme) from the stomach into the small intestine for further digestion and absorption.
The stomach looks like a fist lying sideways with a wrist (e.g. make a duck with your hand, as if making a shadow puppet on the wall, except the area of your fingers is rounder). The "wrist" side, close to the center of the body, is where the stomach empties toward the left side into the small intestines.
The gall bladder releases bile into the duodenum, which is the part of the small intestine that the stomach empties into.
The stomach typically empties its contents into the small intestine every 2 to 4 hours after a meal.
the gastric vein
The stomach empties itself in about two hours.
