Fiber ( roughage, bulk also called Beta glucose and cellellose )

They are the part of plants( cell wall of plants) that we human beings dont have enzymes to break down fiber....but animals like sheep,goat,camel...can digest it very easy because they have enzyme to break down fiber or Beta glucose that is what they eat.....

But humans dont have enzyme to break down Beta glucose or fiber....

which in terms is very good...it helps in constipation or bowl movement...

and also helps in chelesterole control ...

so eat more vegvtables than meat...or balanced diet.
