As a general rule, there are not "foods" that will make people hyper physiologically. It used to be a common thought that sugar caused hyperactivity but that is now shown to be false and any effects shown are just due to expectations of hyperactivity.

Caffeine (found in coffee, chocolate, soda, tea, and other common foods) and other stimulants (such as marijuana and cocaine) are considered drugs but can cause hyperactivity in some people.
