I have had reflux for a few years. I know that caffeine, onions, fried foods, fruit juice because of acid, spicy foods and chocolate are some of the things that should be avoided. If u must eat them do so in moderation. Also don't go to sleep on a full stomach. It is best not to eat a few hrs b4 going to bed. Also just like anything else, I would assume this could also very per person. Foods that may not bother someone else.
