Well, sometimes when you sneeze really hard, the tiny blood vessels in your nose can break and cause a nosebleed. It's okay, it happens to many people and is usually not serious. Just tilt your head forward, pinch your nose, and breathe calmly - it will stop soon. Remember, it's just a little bump in the road, nothing to worry about.
