Lots of things can be done if your heart does not beat rhythmically. Which things those are depends on what you are trying to achieve. If you want to surprise someone, you can, for instance, throw a hotdog at their face if your heart does not beat rhythmically. Sh*t, you can do just about anything if your heart does not beat rhythmically (except for maybe try to keep accurate time with your heart beat as a reference).

But I'm going to assume (and this is just an assumption b/c you clearly didn't state this in your question) that your goal is to get your heart back into rhythm. Here's what you could do:

Get an EKG (see a doctor unless you have one of your own which is unlikely)

After interpreting the results of the EKG (again, if you don't know how you might need a doctor) attempt to determine which medications you might need, if any.

I'm kind of feeling weird that I have to explain this to somebody. Where do you live? Do you not have the money to go to a doctor? The problem with arrhythmias is that it could be due to so many different things and the response, in order to gain rhythm, depends very much so on the details.

What happens if you do CPR and the heart is still beating?

Before 2000 it was speculated that if a Heart was still beating and you administered CPR you could put the heart out of it's natural rhythm and cause it to stop. However since 2000 it is advised that if someone is unconscious and not breathing CPR should be administered regardless of if the heart is beating or not.
