The attack might be bad, but eventually you'll have to calm down! There is only a certain amount of adrenalin your body can make, so you will eventually get out of it. You'll just have to focus on fun things, maybe go and walk through the plane and try to distract yourself as much as possible. Try to think of it this way: Let's say you'll be having a 4 hour flight. What would you be doing if you'd be at home for 4 hours, and you'd have some books, a laptop, your phone and some music with you..? Nothing would be happening to you. So if you can do that, you can do this too! It's not too different! Try focusing on the happy things of it.
