I have been taking care of my mother for 12 years. She lives with me. She is now to the point where she falls frequently, and requires some sort of care. My brother has been designated by my mother has her power of attorney as well a the person to make medical decisions.

I work full time, and can't afford to quite my job. So my brother wants to have a full time nurse move into my home. Is this legal? Can he make decisions without my input. I should point out the home is mine and my husbands.
