Look after it! If it is deep (gaping and you can see the fat tissue), then you should get it stitched up at a hospital. They will give you wound care advice. If it is superficial, you can probably just apply some ointment and/or a plaster. If the wound is gaping slightly, but you cannot see fat tissue, then you can use steri strips to close the wound.
