The fecal matter that floats is less dense than water, and the fecal matter that sinks is more dense than water. Also, feces that floats might mean that you maintain good fiber! Which is excellent for your colon to be clean! However, fat is also lighter than water, so floating feces could mean you have a lot of fat in your diet.
