Assuming he has no family or will with someone to run an estate, it becomes owned by the state. Technically if nobody from the state claims it then its up for grabs!
I know this from experience. I keep tabs on people, especially wealthy childless people and when they die I keep track of anyone coming and going. I have a formula based on who they are about when it is safe to get their stuff. It's actually quite profitable! Sometimes I find safety deposit keys with information. I also have found documentation that could be pretty priceless. I have a speed scanner that i dump all the paper i find in and by looking for certain keywords I have found more tahn one treasure. You would be surprised what dead people havent told anyone about... For more info contact anonymityequalsfreedom@gmail.com
