i think that the upper arm is gonna be workinq but in the bottom is gonna be in rest.
( Different Person) Your upper muscles, also known as the biceps, will contract, also known as swell up, while your lower muscles, also known as triceps, will relax. when you straighten your arm the muscles reverse.
