When a minor is caught drinking alcohol, depending on state laws and the circumstances, some of the following may be an end result:

an aiding and imbedding may be administered to the person supplying the minor with the illegal beverage.

also, they may be assigned the charge "contributing to the delinquincy of a Juvenile"

The Juvenile will have a Juvenile Petition filled out..on the likelyhood, nothing will become of it, unless its from multiple defenses.

However, most juveniles tend to get off on these charges, but after the age of 16, these types of charges, if committed, could lead him to "big-boy" jail.

In other words, I wouldn't engage in it. This type of behavior could eventually lead down a couple roads: jails, institutions, and death.
