the contraction of the ventricles
Normal heart sounds (often called lub-dub) are caused by the pressure changes in the ventricles closing the various heart valves. The first sound, lub, is caused by the closing of the atrioventricular valves after the ventricles have filled with blood and as the ventricles begin to contract. The second sound, dub, is caused by the closing of the semilunar valves as the ventricles relax after pushing blood forward.
makes two sounds, "lubb" when the valves between the atria and ventricles close, and "dupp" when the valves between the ventricles and the major arteries close
First of all, it is not persons it is PEOPLE!
Normal INR levels for someone not on blood thinner therapy (e.g. Coumadin) would be about 1.0.
it will come to you. its hard to explain. dont worry though its not like the other persons tongue will get stuck, that rarely happens. its like a normal kiss :)

Because the lower chambers (the ventricles) cannot fill with the correct amount of blood, less than normal amounts of blood reach the lungs and the rest of the body. This condition is very serious and can be fatal if not treated.
The delay occurs within the fibres of the AV node. It is important because it allows the atria to complete their contraction and empty their blood into the ventricles before the ventricles contract. There is a short delay (1 m/second) in transmission of the impulse to the ventricles.
