It entirely depends on your own body as to how you react to the pregnancy. Some people feel nothing at all, some people are so sick and sore they can't get out of bed. You cannot feel the baby, but you may feel some pulling and stretching of your ligaments and tendons around your uterus.

You get morning sickness, and feel sleepy all the time. Take your prenatal vitamins!

This is also the week that the embryo develops!

If you are 7 weeks pregnant you should have developed a baby bump and may also start to develop morning sickness and suffer from regular migraines. This is all normal.
