This is Heat Stroke and it can be fatal. The body core temperature needs to be reduced as soon a possible by getting the victim to a cool place, bathing them or sponging with cool water. Medical attention MUST BE GIVEN to the victim. This is not a condition you can 'shake off'. Kidney failure and brain damage can occur if not treated quickly and professionally.
