It will basically give you diarrhea for up to several days, and some other rather unpleasant side effects.

It will also give you for several days: stomach cramps, rapid and irregular bowl movements, lots of gas build up, burps which really stink and taste like eggs, and anything you eat or drink from the period on which you took a laxative plus milk will be expelled out of your anus hours later, 100% liquefied. You will also feel like you want to throw up frequently, and will feel full like you have eaten too much. These side effects will last several days and are really uncomfortable. Not recommend experience.

Even after taking large doses of opiates to slow the constipation, everything consumed from the time of the milk / laxative combo, liquid or solid, will be 100% liquefied and expelled out of the anus.
