Stress can affect your cycle whether on BC or not. Also, using something like the "Plan B" pill might have the side effect of throwing off your cycle. Also, over the counter pregnancy tests can be taken wrong due to human error. If possible, go to Planned Parenthood or your doctor so they can do a 'professional' pregnancy test if you are that worried.
