when ive either forgotten to take my medicine, I've run out and dont have the money to get it refilled, or its an especially stressfull day and the medicine just isnt working as well as it usually does, I rely on one, or a combination of four things. Caffeine is primary, longer lasting are menthol cough drops (mint discs are a little less effective but also longer lasting) and mint tea from the mint leaves I grow in my garden. Spearamint is the single easiest thing in the world to grow, just put some cuttings in dirt or potting soil....make sure theyre well watered until the cuttings take root....and they'll pretty much take over any space in wich you plant them
