A kidney lesion measuring 1.9 cm by 1.5 cm is approximately the size of a small grape or a cherry. In terms of volume, it is relatively small compared to the overall size of a human kidney, which typically measures around 10 to 12 cm in length. The dimensions indicate a lesion that is notable but not extremely large, warranting further medical evaluation to determine its nature and implications.
Spasticity is a common clinically detectable sign that accompanies a unilateral upper motor neuron lesion of the lateral corticospinal tracts. This can manifest as increased muscle tone, brisk reflexes, and exaggerated muscle contractions in response to certain stimuli.
A hypodense lesion within the lateral left posterior fossa in the brain indicates an area that appears darker on imaging studies like CT scans, suggesting lower density compared to surrounding tissue. This finding may be due to various underlying causes such as a tumor, cyst, abscess, or hemorrhage, and further evaluation is often needed to determine the exact nature and significance of the lesion.
A lesion refers to any sort of damage to the brain which results in tissue loss. They can occur on both sides of the brain - a lateral lesion would be only on one side though (whichever - just means on one side only) whereas a bilateral lesion will mean both sides are affected.
i dont no
I have a lesion on my right kidney I have had it for around 6 years maybe less but it used to be full of fat and 2mm and mow it is completely solid with absolutely no fat and around the same size. Could it be cancer I went to a Kidney doc and he looked at the scans and said "I don't think it is cancer it could be precancer but i think it is not cancer." not tests just looked at a CT. Am I crazy for wanting more then i think i know that walking in the door.
A T2 hyperintense right renal lesion is a mass found on the right kidney. It could be a simple cyst or indicative of a tumor.
