Alvioli are small air sacks in the lungs. they are little bags, that when you breath in, they expand!

It could be tricky .. It may be Pulmonary tension , if u received a hit on your chest . also it could be obstruction on the pulmonary alvioli . i suggest you to go to see a doctor ASAP .
