The fear of doing a cartwheel is not commonly recognized with a specific term in psychology. However, it can be considered a form of acrophobia (fear of heights) or gymnophobia (fear of gymnastics). More generally, it falls under the category of specific phobias, where individuals may experience anxiety or fear related to certain activities or movements. If the fear significantly impacts someone's life, it may be helpful to seek support from a mental health professional.
The only way to get over your fear is to face it. Make sure you have a spotter, take a deep breath, and just do it.

Cartwheel is not a dance.
THe easiest way to do a hand stand or a cart wheel is to have a spotter. A spotter is an adult person that you trust that already has the knowledge of how to do a cartwheel or a hand stand. The spotter will aide you in doing the cartwheel or hand stand with out causing injury to your self.
This would be a cartwheel performed with no hands.
At the same time yes and no. Cause' when you do a cartwheel you are technically doing a hand stand at the same time or stopping in the middle to do a hand stand, but all at once no. If you mean separately yes, you just do one, the do the other. . :)
