another thing that works for me, if your in lounge clothes put on jeans and a shirt that is more form-fitting than a t-shirt, or something like it. And put your hair up in a tight ponytail or clip. You might even try wearing tennis shoes. All this just makes your brain think that you're getting ready to go out somewhere, waking you up and making you move faster. Works for me! Hope this helps
