1. Low risk of degenerating into ventricular dysrhythmia
   1. Class 0: No PVCs
   2. Class 1: <30 PVCs per hour
2. Intermediate risk of degeneration
   1. Class 2: 30 or more PVCs per hour
3. High risk of degeneration
   1. Class 3: Multifocal PVCs
   2. Class 4a: Two consecutive PVCs
   3. Class 4b: Three consecutive PVCs
   4. Class 5: R on T Phenomena
