Hi Kc Believe it or not it is your heartbeat! Most of the time we are surrounded by noise so we never really hear our heartbeat most of the time. Also, the heart pulsates blood to various parts of the body and has to work really hard to get it to our brains (thus, that is why we are the way we are.
