I don't have a full table of percentiles with me, but according to what I can see by the graph I have, 50% of boys would have about 105 over 62 and girls about 102 over 61 for blood pressure by 10 years. So yes, it is low but it doesn't necessarily mean abnormal. If this is just one isolated measurement and if there are no symptoms like constant fatigue, weakness, headache, dizziness, fainting/eyes going black (also when standing up after sitting/lying for a long time) you don't need to be especially worried, though you might want to see a doctor just to be sure.

However, if this low blood pressure has been going on for some time and/or there are some constant complaints like the ones I mentioned then you should certainly see a doctor.

By the way, don't forget that medication can affect the blood pressure so if the child in question is/has been using any kind of prescribed medication, you may want to check the drug's package insert as well.

Hope this helped. If you are still unsure, just go see a doctor to be safe :)
