My daughter has a itchy bump on her wrist. It looks like a bite that she scratched the top off of. However, it has bled off and on for two days. This could be a case of scabies. Scabies cause small red bumps that itch, and often occur on the wrists, in between fingers, or near the genitals. Secondary infections due to scratching can occur around the site, making the skin peel, bleed and/or cause a rash. Scabies must be treated by a doctor.

Itchy red bumps at the outside corners of the eyes could be a sign of allergic conjunctivitis, contact dermatitis, or blepharitis. It is recommended to consult with an eye doctor or dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment.

If your bumps are itchy it could be scabies....thats usually where they start....then it spreads to other areas known as hot spots such as behind the knees, wrists, where your arm bends...etc. It is usually worse at night when you are sleeping if it is itching....if it continues you need to see your doctor

Dysnidrosis
Chickenpox causes widespread bumps, not clustered. Shingles or poison ivy are just a couple of problems that can cause a cluster of itchy bumps. See your health care provider for definite diagnosis and treatment.
A diagnosis cannot be made from a description. See a doctor. It sounds like it may be heat bumps or sweat bumps. I believe it may also have to do with thighs rubbing together that makes bumps. I was told it could be HPV
