Usually, small bumps like that are what's called "sebaceous cysts", litle more than an ingrown hair or plugged sweat gland or oil gland. The body can easily deal with sebaceous cysts and they present no real threat. If you're concerned, you should contact your physician, if for no other reason than to provide assurance. I have had one of these for several years. The above viewer is correct on what they are. I am 24 years old and I have had one since I was about 17 years old. They are no real big threat or anything. They just don't look too good is all. My doctor said that they are okay and to just leave them there. I get mine about 3-4 times a year and it goes away on it's own. I hope that this helps. God Bless:)
