Most likely: Sebaceous cyst fatty tumor [benign] If it's up by the hair-line and half-way between the ear & the spine, and is very painful and causes headaces: could be Occipital neuroma If it isn't growing and has been there a long time, I'd put my money on the Sebaceous cyst. If it IS growing, you ought to get it checked...!!
