Genetics are usually involved but not always. In very rare cases it is not genetic. However most blood disorders are inherited. Please note a white cell count or red cell count being high or low is NOT a blood disoder. A blood disoder is much more detailed & more indepth than this. If you have a blood disease that is affecting the factors of your blood then this can be serious.
