Later you can add a soft-boiled or poached egg, cooked carrots or peas, a thin slice of white meat chicken or turkey. If diarrhea recurs with loss of appetite or nausea after any of these foods, stop taking food or liquids for four to six hours and gradually go back to clear liquids and foods listed above.
