Once you clear away ridiculous stereotypes, there is nothing at all in what you have said that would indicate that this woman is at any higher risk of contracting HIV than anyone else is. The fact that someone is a drug user (which covers a huge spectrum of behaviour) and sexually advanced, doesn't necessarily mean that they are engaged in any sort of high-risk behaviour or even that they have multiple sexual partners.
