It's a newer edition of the Mr. Nice Guy herbal "incense" similar to K2 or Spice. Basically, a blend of entheogenic/medicinal ethnobotanical herbs saturated with various synthetic cannabinolic research compounds.

Often called "potpourris" or "legal buds," these blends offer a more dangerous and, ironically, legal alternative to smoking cannabis.

Yes very dangerous its not the same high as using marijuana. It is comparable to salvia and after reading hundreds of reviews some people who reported going to the hospital stated that methamphetamine's would show up in the urine tests that they ran.
