From what I know of it, it's a genetic affliction passed on through the male genes. It's extremely difficult to diagnose, and in young children, can manifest itself as seizures, hyperactivity, rapid growth (more than normal), and difficulty focusing on a subject. Often the child afflicted with this syndrome also have trouble distinguishing the difference, or consequences of "right and wrong". I don't think there is a treatment available for this condition yet, or at least there wasn't for my Son some 12 years back.

A male with Klinefelter's Syndrome (XXY genotype) would have two Barr bodies in each cheek cell, as they have an extra X chromosome. This extra X chromosome forms Barr bodies inactivated during embryonic development, leading to the presence of two Barr bodies in cells with two X chromosomes.
Mozart's musical works are numbered. There are hundreds; he was one of the most prolific composers ever. My particular favorite is Eine Kliene Nachtmusik.
for lack of better appropriate translation, it's 'I'm a little craphead.' I wouldn't go around saying it.
