So...this answer i found in the manga/anime "History's Strongest Disciple Kenichi"
they were talking about the different types of muscle
there are three types...red, white, and pink
red is for stamina, but has less power (think marathon runners)
white is for explosive power, but only for an instant (think weightlifters)
and pink is right in the middle, in a very small amount, that has both explosive power and stamina.
In reality "pink muscle" in humans does not exist. Humans have white and red. The only way to achieve something similar to pink is to build your muscles to have both white and red. This way the white will give you the explosive power you need while the red till let you go for long periods of time.
Red muscle is slow contraction muscle, used in exercise requiring long-time contractions White muscle is fast contraction muscle, used in fast exercises Every living person has pink muscle in a certain amount. Pink muscle is a combination of the two other muscles giving you explosive power and stamina. Contrary to scientific belief pink muscle can be built up after extensive workouts with a persons maxed out weight limit.
You Gain pink muscle only by working out with your maximum wait limit for a long period of time. Example: Lifting weights for 5 minutes non stop.. This sounds a bit to much but, its worth it in the end. It takes a long time to change muscle you already have your body. Think of pink muscle like your heart. Martial Artist also gain Pink muscle through out the practices without realizing it.

Ramp cramp is the hinky pink for a painful muscle spasm in the moveable walkway passengers use to board a plane.
Actual hearts are not so much "pink" as a deep reddish-brown or maroon color; approximately the same color as raw meat... which is, after all, what it is: muscle tissue.
Muscle tissue under the skin appears as firm, often striated (striped) tissue with a reddish or pink hue due to blood flow. The thickness and definition of the muscle can vary depending on individual muscle development and body composition.
Because when light hits the light pink color, it creates shadows that show off your muscle, which makes it easier for teachers to help you and give you corrections. :)
Absolutely not. You are only gay if you are sexually attracted to members of the same gender.
Pink-colored muscle fibers are typically classified as Type IIa fibers, also known as fast oxidative fibers. These fibers have a moderate resistance to fatigue and are capable of both aerobic and anaerobic energy production. They are well-suited for activities that require both strength and endurance, such as middle-distance running or swimming. The pink color is due to a higher myoglobin content compared to Type IIb fibers, which are more white and primarily anaerobic.
keratinThe correct answer is NOT keratin... the correct answer is myoglobin. This is the oxygen-binding pigment in muscle.
no there skin is solid white actually. what gives albino animals there distinct pinkish color is that the skin is a little translucent so you can see their muscle tissue through their skin.Megan E. Age 9
