it's something I've got right now!

I haven't trained at all for 2 years and now I got back on court (I play tennis) and last 2 weeks I trained everyday for 3-4 hours and obviously it was a shock for my muscles and one moment while I was doing sprint to the net I felt strong pain in my quadriceps and couldn't continue anymore. I went to therapist and he said it's a rapture. he knew it just by touching it.

recovery usually takes days or maybe week- two depends how serious rapture is. you should heal it by putting ice on it, and massage is recommended but you should not strech the muscle and obviously you should not train until the pain stops
