Not so well managed appendicitis can lead to appendicular mass. It is very difficult situation. Some times it resolve and some times it leads to suppuration. You have to drain the abscess and put the drain to take out the pus. You have to give antibiotic cover in such case. Every physician prays to God to prevent this condition.

What causes pendesitus?

Pendesitus, often referred to as appendicitis, is primarily caused by the obstruction of the appendix, which can result from fecal matter, foreign bodies, or tumors. If left untreated, appendicitis can result in serious complications, such as rupture or abscess formation. Early diagnosis and surgical intervention are crucial for effective treatment.
