(Surgical Extraction) D7210 and for a simple ext (childs Ext) D7110. I very rarely use the code D7210 when there's a straight forward Surgical extraction. We would tend to use D7210 when it is a more complex case and includes anesthesia or might include anxiolytics such as Xanax or Halcion.
