If you are vomiting, or feel like you are going to, the absolute best thing to do is get some stuff from CVS pharmacy called Emetrol. It is non-prescription and its relatively cheap. It comes in four ounce fluid. You drink a cap full of it or two and it'll immediately begin to settle the lining of your stomach. CVS sells there own generic form of it, just look near the Pepto-Bismol.

Never be let on by all the people and ads talking about Pepto-Bismol. The taste of pepto on a queasy stomach can result in instant regurgitation, its no fun.

If you cannot get a hold of Emetrol, go to your nearest gas station and buy Dramamine. It's an excellent anti-emetic, but it takes longer than Emetrol to work. I personally used Dramamine to stop my food poisoning nausea and vomiting.

Also, there are breathing and relaxation techniques that can help relieve your queasiness. Go on YouTube and find some good meditation or hypnosis videos. Also, if you feel like you are getting near to throwing up, if you breathe a certain way, it'll prevent your body from heaving.

Also, do not eat ANYTHING for at least 24 hours after you thew up. Drink only tiny sips of water at least 4 hours after.
