The other day I had a bad case of trapped wind I asked by bro how he deals wth it as he is always gettin it he sed lie dwn on ur back get a hot water bottle and keep it on the area where it hurt. While doing this burp and release some of the air u should be feeling a bit better by now just to make sure take a warm bath then u should be okay
