An Aneurysm is a weakening in a vascular wall resulting in a blood-filled sac. The blood in this sac may clot, break free, and form an embolus that may lodge elsewhere, preventing necessary blood flow -- or it may not. Aneurysms can be treated surgically, if reached fast enough. A Stroke is the sudden death of brain or neural tissue, resulting from hypoxia, e.g. no oxygen because blood flow to the region has been stopped.
