Well, there is really no difference. Its simply that Ballerinas have extreme strength throughout their bodies to perform Ballet which is a very rigorous dance form. The only differences that could be argued between a ballerina's skeletal system and a normal girl's is that sometimes the legs and arms of a ballerinas can be hyperextended which is when the legs and arms are lengthened and buckle back behind the knees and/or elbows. Also, the big toes of some dancers can be forced inward to the other 4 toes creating something called a bunion. A bunion is the outcropping of the main big toe joint before the meta-tarsal bones. It often makes a large ball bulge in the side of the foot.
