A cerebrovascular accident (CVA) is a stroke, and involves the death of brain tissue due to clots or any other cause of blockage of blood flow to the brain. I've worked in Cardiopulmonary (heart and lungs) for 26 years and have never heard of a cardiovascular accident however, cardiovascular pertains to heart vessels, all of which supply blood to the body's tissues and organs, including the brain. Any vessel can become blocked and cause damage or death (depending on location and severity).
Acute cerebrovascular disease is the hardening of the arteries that supply blood to the brain. A cerebrovascular accident is when a stroke occurs due to a blood clot in the arteries leading to the brain.

When diastolic blood pressure (the lower BP number) is subtracted from the systolic blood pressure (the higher BP number), and the value is 60 or more, there is a widened pulse pressure. With persistently widened pulse pressures, individuals are at increased risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular (stroke) events.
Accident is one which occurs in a particular area and confined to the limits whereas disaster is an accident spreading to neighbouring areas and usually occurs in largescale.
Children have smaller hearts and blood vessels, higher heart rates, and lower blood pressure compared to adults. Children's cardiovascular systems are still developing and adapting to growth, while adults have fully developed and matured cardiovascular systems.
Incident is the same as the word occurance. An accident is a more specific description as to the reasons that led to that specific incident.
