This is a very common fear, however there is no technical name like "claustrophobia" simply because it in itself is not a phobia. I heard somewhere that it has to do with OCD and even people without OCD can have this fear. It really is just the fear of being restrained.

There is no exact name for it. (I take it you mean that they starve and have a fear of being hungry, not a fear of hunger and a fear of starving, which would be two opposite things). However, both are ideals held in eating disorders, the two most common being bulimia and anorexia.
