There are two phobias related to not being able to move, claustrophobia and cleithrophobia. Claustrophobia is specifically the fear of confined spaces, while cleithrophobia is the fear of being enclosed or being locked in an enclosed space.
The closest I have been able to find is gnosiophobia, which is the fear of knowledge!

There does not appear to be a scientific name to describe the fear of crutches. Perhaps the fear stems from a fear of 'not being able to walk' or 'being slowed down' in some way. It may even stem from a fear of 'losing one's independence' or a fear of 'asking for help".Xylophobia is the fear of wooden objects or forests.Traumatophobia is the fear of injury.Climacophobia is the fear of stairs, climbing, or of falling down.
It could be Anthropophobia (fear of people or being in company of people), Sociophobia (fear of people or social situations) or a social phobia, many of which include the fear of being in an embarrassing/awkward situation and not being able to escape.
Cole's fears in "Touching Spirit Bear" include the fear of being vulnerable and opening up emotionally, the fear of facing the consequences of his actions, and the fear of not being able to change or overcome his anger and destructive behavior.
