It filters
Blood enters the nephron first. It enters through the afferent arteriole into the glomerulus, where filtration takes place to form the initial filtrate.
The filtrate from Bowman's capsule first travels to the proximal tubule of the nephron.
The first capillary bed in the series is the glomerular capillary, where filtration occurs. The efferent arteriole on the distal end of the glomerular capillary. Objects it to the next capillary bed in the series: the peritubular capillary. This is where secretion and reabsorbtion take place. This type of system is an example of an arterial portal system.
Wipe it away.

The first section of the nephron tubule into which the filtrate enters is the Bowman's capsule. It is a cup-shaped structure located in the renal cortex that surrounds the glomerulus and receives the initial filtrate from the blood.

Molecules traveling within the bloodstream pass through the capillary cell wall via osmotic pressure and diffuse through the interstitial fluid before encountering the tissue cell wall.
The first drop of blood is wiped away because it is mainly just tissue.
