I had the same problem on my back, behind the knees, feet, back of my neck... anywhere I sweated excessively. It's like a prickly heat, almost feels like mites of some sort. So I tried some top notch 'mite/lice/scabies lotion' which reduced the itching a bit but couldn't irradicate it. Turns out it's Kandida!!! A kind of fungal condition created mainly by sweat that cannot escape easily from the skin. I just used a good anti-perspirant spray and washed more often. All anti-perspirants have anti-fungal in them; the relief comes in a matter of a minute or so. Start wearing clothing that breaths better and allow the sweat off your back and any other part of your body to evaporate faster/better.

A few types of red bumps on the breasts can indicate a serious problem, and knowing how to differentiate between common bumps and problematic bumps is critical. Eczema is a common skin condition and common on the breasts too so if you have had eczema before and it appears the same and is on both of your breasts, it may be just another outbreak. However, if your regular eczema treatments (if you use any) don't clear it up soon, it is safer to have it checked by the doctor.

Probably just a sweat rash, try wearing cotton clothing.

It could also be either a fungal, yeast, or bacterial infection.
