It means "your artery is narrower than it should be."
It actually means more than that (it describes where, and to some exent how they know), but unless you're a doctor it's not likely to make much difference to you (and if you are one, then you should already know what it means, or you're not a very good doctor).
This is a fairly significant issue, so you'll probably want to pay attention to what your doctor tells you it means to you specifically.

Congruent Segment If They Have the same or equal Measures.. posted by: ritzjohn_41@yahoo.com
A line segment is a straight line that has an endpoint on both sides (look below). ----
a line segment
A segment is divided into two congruent segments by its midpoint. The midpoint is the point that is equidistant from both endpoints of the segment, effectively splitting it into two equal lengths. This division ensures that the two resulting segments are congruent, meaning they have the same measure.
'Semi-' and 'demi-' both mean half or partly.

Peak gradient is the maximum rate of change in a variable over a specific interval or across a particular segment. In medical terms, peak gradient is often used to describe the maximum pressure difference across a heart valve, indicating the severity of stenosis or obstruction.
