The term "deaf and dumb" is considered outdated and offensive. It is more respectful to refer to someone who is deaf as "deaf" or "hard of hearing," and to acknowledge that they may communicate in various ways, such as sign language or written communication. It's important to treat individuals with respect and use language that reflects their identity and abilities.

A Deaf interpreter is a Deaf person who is a native user of (ie) American Sign Language-ASL, and a member of the Deaf community. The interpreter can work as a bridge between a Deaf person, an interpreter and the non- signing hearing person. For example, the Deaf person may be from another country, and cannot rely on the interpreter alone, the Deaf interpreter watches the interpreter then modifies the communication in order that the Deaf person has a better understanding of the message. You may have meant interpreter for the Deaf?
If I'm correct in assuming that this is a name, then the only person who can answer that is a Deaf person who knows the person well. Once you have been given a sign name by a friend, then you can introduce yourself with that sign after finger spelling your name. However, I emphasis the point that only a Deaf friend can "give" you your sign name
