Boxers as they age tend to get these benign tumors around their head and mouth. Some can grow in their mouth on gums or in the throat. Most of these you need not worry about, but I suggest you have your pet looked at by a vet to be sure. Some boxers just have them.

You can rinse your mouth with warm salt water or listerine (other mouth was doesn't work as well).
If you have a magnifying glass you could look at it more closely and be able to check if something is protruding from its mouth or not. I would simply keep it under observation and see what develops if anything.
